Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing PC PRACTO ONLINE ACADEMY LLP. We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. Please take a moment to read our refund policy regarding subscriptions to our courses and services.
1. Subscription Fees
Our platform operates on a subscription model where users can subscribe to access our courses, content, and pre-recorded classes. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined on our website or app.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been paid. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances under which a refund may be warranted. These include:
• Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content after multiple attempts to resolve the problem. • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period. • Accidental Subscriptions: If you unintentionally subscribed to our service, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase, and we will review your case.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe that your situation qualifies for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at [email address or support form link] within 7 days from the date of your subscription or payment. 2. Provide details of the issue, including your account information, payment receipt, and a description of why you believe you are eligible for a refund.
3. Our team will review your request and respond to you within 7 business days with a resolution.
4. Exceptions
Refund requests will not be considered under the following circumstances:
• The request is made after 7 days of the subscription or payment. • You have already accessed the majority of the course content or pre-recorded classes. • The issue is related to user error, such as forgotten login credentials or improper usage of the platform.
5. Cancellation of Subscription
If you are not satisfied with our service or no longer wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelling will stop further payments, but you will retain access to the content until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
6. Modifications to the Refund Policy
PC PRACTO ONLINE ACADEMY reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
